Position: Bartender job
About: Responsible for day to day operation of a specific bar or bars, providing excellent service, food and beverage and a fun, clean atmosphere to internal and external Guests according to Brand and Resort standards. Ensures a strong focus on an optimal Guest experience and high standard of employee relations. Maintains a high quality property appearance and efficient quality service. Accountable for maintaining high service and quality standards according to brand standards. Welcomes and greets arriving and departing guests and proactively provides personal service that exceeds guest expectations. Responsible for all aspects of daily operations in a dynamic and fast-paced bar environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; 1 to 2 years serving in a high volume Food and Beverage environment or equivalent experience; must be Twenty-One years of age or older; able to free-pour and have extensive knowledge of mixed cocktails and frozen drinks; good reading, writing, mathematical, and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts; able to handle a heavy workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; good judgment and decision-making abilities; health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness certification; cash handling skills; must be able to represent the Resort positively in public settings; must be able to perform duties with physical requirements including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, and maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling.
