Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years experience as a bartender in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment; strong work ethic, team player, and exceptional guest service skills; ability to consistently deliver high-quality guest experiences and exceed expectations; effective communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation; strong knowledge of wine, craft beer, and craft spirits; ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
