Requirements: Qualification standards: Must have 2 years of experience in full-service bar or equivalent; accurate mathematic skills; knowledge and experience in preparation of alcoholic beverages; thorough knowledge of types of liquors and wine and their distinctions and use. Must be willing and able to meet personal schedule requirements punctually, be courteous, pleasant and good-natured, communicate effectively, provide a persona compatible with the established restaurant image, stand or walk for long periods, work nights, weekends, and holidays, work with and account for large sums of money accurately.
