Position: Bartender job

Requirements: Qualification standards: Must have 2 years of experience in full-service bar or equivalent; accurate mathematic skills; knowledge and experience in preparation of alcoholic beverages; thorough knowledge of types of liquors and wine and their distinctions and use. Must be willing and able to: meet personal schedule requirements punctually; be courteous, pleasant, and good-natured; communicate with and understand the average guest; provide a persona compatible with the established image of the restaurant; stand or walk for long periods of time while on duty; work nights, weekends, and holidays; accurately work with and account for large sums of money; open beer, liquor, and wine bottles frequently; when the bar back is not available, be physically able to move and transport filled glass racks, cases of beer, wine, or liquor.
