Position: BARTENDER job
About: The Venetian Resort is seeking a Bartender for South Service to deliver exceptional customer service by preparing and serving beverages to guests and cocktail servers. The role requires adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High school Diploma or equivalent; Must be able to obtain and maintain Health card, TAM card, Gaming registration, Non-gaming registration, and any other certification or license as required by law or policy; 1 year high volume experience as a bartender; Experience in a hotel casino environment preferred; Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills; Must possess a general understanding of specialty drinks, wine, and fine spirits; Must be able to demonstrate superior customer service skills by presenting a friendly, relaxed and professional demeanor, ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail while meeting business demands; Must be able to complete cash transactions accurately and efficiently, basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division a must.
