Position: Bartender job
About: Wild Wing Cafe is seeking a friendly, helpful, and stylish Bartender to join their team. The ideal candidate must excel in selling products, work gracefully under pressure, and have 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar. Completion of a ‘safe alcohol service’ program such as TIPS or BAR CODE is required. In-depth knowledge of the drink and food menus is essential, as well as the ability to react promptly in a fast-paced environment. Bartenders at Wild Wing Cafe play a crucial role in guiding customers through the menu, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience in the lively atmosphere of the establishment. Responsibilities include handling orders accurately, delivering food and drinks, processing payments, and upholding legal obligations related to alcohol service, including verifying customer ages and monitoring alcohol consumption professionally and tactfully. Bartenders may also assist with to-go orders and various side tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and basic food preparation on a regular basis. Successful candidates should be adept at serving customers at the bar and catering to the dining room’s alcohol needs, demonstrating proficiency in table service.
