Position: Bartender job
About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking a dedicated Bartender to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the bar area and dining room, ensuring adherence to company recipes, standards, and procedures. The role includes providing food service in the bar area and achieving sales targets set by management. Key responsibilities involve bar setup, maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, delivering excellent guest service, and upholding beverage quality standards according to policies and regulations.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; Ability to provide friendly guest service; Knowledge of beverage preparation; Familiarity with food handling and serving techniques, and alcohol serving regulations; Proficient in cash handling and credit card transactions; Skilled in operating office equipment; Attention to detail and efficient time management skills; Professional attitude with effective communication skills; Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure; Physical requirements include standing or walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, tolerance to temperature changes, and manual dexterity.
