Position: Bartender job
About: Ethos Hospitality Company is seeking a professional and high-energy Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers, greeting them, learning about their preferences, recommending menu items, preparing and serving beverages and food, upselling, creating recipes, maintaining proper equipment and ingredients, and handling basic cleaning duties. We value a neat appearance, engaging personality, efficiency, observance, knowledge, and personability in our Bartenders.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age upon date of hire; Ability to wipe down tables, pick up debris, and wipe down booth seats; Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required; Mobility and a full range of movement throughout the shift; Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and respond quickly in emergencies
