About: Il Cervo, located on the top of The Trade, Milwaukee’s premier luxury hotel and adjacent to the Fiserv Forum in the historic Deer District, is a brand new 10,000-square foot high-end Italian restaurant that features hand-rolled pasta, homemade cheeses, dry-aged steaks served Florentine-style, and an Italian-focused wine list with over 300 labels. Il Cervo is a part of Food Fight Restaurant Group’s growing portfolio of nearly 20 Wisconsin restaurants.
Requirements: Thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor, and cocktails; ability to utilize restaurant POS software; great attitude and positive outlook; strong customer service; ability to stand for a long time and move quickly; excellent oral communication skills required; relevant training or certificate; high school diploma or GED; bartending experience preferred but not required; previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
