About: Il Cervo, located next to the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee’s historic Deer District, is a new 10,000-square foot, high-end Italian restaurant set to open in the Spring of 2023 on top of The Trade, Milwaukee’s premier luxury hotel. It is the latest addition to Food Fight Restaurant Group’s growing portfolio of nearly 20 Wisconsin restaurants, focusing on hand-rolled pasta, homemade cheeses, dry-aged steaks, and a comprehensive Italian wine list with over 300 labels.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED; thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor, and cocktails; ability to utilize restaurant POS software; great attitude and positive outlook; strong customer service; ability to stand for a long time and move quickly; excellent oral communication skills; relevant training or certificate; bartending experience preferred; previous restaurant experience preferred
