Position: Bartender job
About: The Bartender position is available at Marcus Theatres’ West End Cinema in St Louis Park, Minnesota. Bartenders are responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring drink quality, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced bar environment within the theatre.
Requirements: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; willingness to learn new skills and adapt to industry demands; flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work in a fast-paced setting; at least six (6) months of relevant work experience; familiarity with the Aloha Point Of Service System; proficiency in cash-handling; willingness to obtain necessary training and certifications; compliance with cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
