Position: Bartender job
About: Naperville Country Club is currently looking to hire bartenders for their brand-new bar and clubhouse. The successful candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment, providing excellent service to members and guests. The role involves stocking the bar, serving alcoholic beverages, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with liquor laws, and communicating guest requests to management. Bartenders are responsible for cash transactions, event coordination, and safe work practices. High school diploma or equivalent and one year of bartending experience are required.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year of bartending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 21 years old. Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and Alcohol Awareness Training.
