Position: Bartender job
About: We are looking for a professional and high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. Bartender Responsibilities include welcoming customers, making recommendations, serving beverages, checking identifications, ordering supplies, assisting guests, adhering to food safety regulations, handling transactions, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with inventory control.
Requirements: High school diploma; Must be 21 years of age; Additional education, training, certificates, or experience required; Conflict Resolution; Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance; Basic math and computer skills; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Strong task and time management abilities; Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques; Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs; Relevant alcohol certification (Yorkville operator license)
