Position: Bartender job
About: This position is for a Bartender at a hotel establishment responsible for setting up the bar area, preparing drinks, serving beverages and food to guests and servers. The role involves maintaining the bar area’s service and cleanliness, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction, and managing liquor inventory effectively.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED documentation preferred; one to two years of experience; must meet minimum state requirements for serving alcohol; alcohol awareness certification and food service permit as required by local or state government agency. Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends; ability to stand for an entire shift. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills essential; able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; effective in handling guest complaints and resolving issues satisfactorily; attentive, friendly, and courteous to guests and team members; ability to handle financial data and basic arithmetic functions.
