Position: Bartender job
About: Hawkers Asian Street Food is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender to join their vibrant team. As a Hawkers team member, you will be part of a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Requirements: Must take and pass all required training courses, assessments, and continuous training; promptly greet and respond to guests’ needs; share the story of Hawkers and explain service methods; check guest IDs for alcohol service compliance; prepare beverages for bar and guests; restock supplies and maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment; handle payments and ensure accurate tracking of guest information; take food and To-Go orders; assess guest preferences and make recommendations; maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure with team members; perform assigned side work at the start, during, and end of each shift; be a team player and support team members; obtain Alcohol Serving Certification and follow compliance standards; be 18-21 years of age based on local/state Bartending laws
