Position: Bartender | Iris Restaurant | Hotel Celare, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio
About: Shaner Hotels, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, is in development with Crawford Hoying for a 171-key Tribute by Marriott. This project will include multiple food and beverage outlets, a rooftop bar, and state-of-the-art event spaces. Shaner Hotel Group is a leading hospitality owner-operator and management company with a portfolio of over 65 properties in 14 states and four countries, offering a range of services including hotel development and revenue management.
Requirements: Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant/Food and Beverage field; Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages; Ability to read and interpret documents; High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred; ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus; Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS); Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls; Ability to accurately compute basic mathematical calculations; Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele
