Requirements: Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant/Food and Beverage field; minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages; ability to read and interpret documents; ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers; high school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred; ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus; alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS); familiarity with food and beverage cost controls; ability to compute basic mathematical calculations accurately; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; knowledge of local activities and attractions for clientele
