Position: Bartender – Houston
About: As a Bartender at our establishment, you will ensure consistent drink quality by preparing orders quickly and according to set recipes and guidelines. You will maintain a clean and safe work environment while delivering superior guest service. Specific responsibilities include greeting guests professionally, verifying age for alcohol purchases, having full knowledge of the bar and menu items, taking orders accurately, delivering orders promptly, and managing stock levels for the bar.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years of age; obtain necessary alcohol service licensing; minimum of 1 year of full-service bar experience; strong knowledge of alcohol mixology and cocktail preparation; ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment; accurate math and cash handling skills
