Position: Bartender – Houston
About: As a Bartender at our establishment, you will ensure consistent drink quality by preparing orders quickly and following set recipes and guidelines. You will maintain a clean and safe work area, provide excellent guest service, and handle a fast-paced environment efficiently. Specific responsibilities include greeting guests professionally, verifying legal drinking age, having a thorough knowledge of the bar and menu items, taking orders accurately, delivering orders promptly, upselling, managing stock levels, placing orders, and conducting inventory of supplies.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; minimum age of 18 years; required alcohol service licensing; at least 1 year of full-service bar experience; strong mixology knowledge; ability to stand for extended periods; willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; adept at working in a fast-paced environment; excellent customer service and communication skills; proficiency in interacting with guests; strong verbal communication and math skills for cash handling.
