Position: Bartender / Host / Server

Bartenders are responsible for taking orders, serving guests, and ensuring operational standards are met in food and beverage handling and preparation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; must be adaptable to Hotel Occupancy and flexible with long hours; able to stand during entire shift; effective communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines; proactive in problem-solving and maintaining guest satisfaction; must attend all hotel required meetings and trainings; comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations; maintain personal appearance and grooming standards; ability to handle problems and apply complex information; cross-train and assume responsibilities in other hotel related areas; maintain confidentiality; show initiative in anticipating guest or operational needs; perform other duties as requested by management.
