Position: Bartender

Requirements:
– Previous bartending experience required
– Outgoing, confident, and friendly personality
– Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bartending techniques
– Familiarity with Latin American spirits is a big plus
– Greet every Guest with a warm, welcoming attitude
– Move quickly and stay efficient during busy times
– Know the full food and drink menu, including daily specials, prices, and availability
– Guide Guests through the menu and help them choose the perfect items
– Take orders accurately and deliver with a smile
– Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision; basic math skills needed
– Experience using POS systems
– Clear and friendly communication with Guests and Team Members
– Positive attitude and a strong team player
– Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed by management
