About: Fearless Restaurants, part of the Fearless Restaurant Group, is a multi-concept group of 10 independent restaurants based in Philadelphia, PA and Long Beach Island, NJ. They are known for their award-winning contemporary American Cuisine and friendly service, with a focus on sustainability and community engagement. One of their locations, White Dog Cafe, has been providing locally sourced, seasonal food since 1983, expanding to four locations including the recent addition at Brinton Lakes Shopping Center in Glen Mills, PA.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in bartending and customer service; knowledge of classic cookery, wines, beers, and cocktails; ability to provide genuine hospitality and demonstrate professionalism; RAMP Certification
