Requirements: Must be 21+ years of age; Previous bartending experience in an upscale restaurant is preferred; Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation; Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling
