About: TableOne Hospitality, a fine dining establishment, is seeking a skilled Bartender to join their team. The Bartender will be responsible for selling, preparing, and serving beverages and food, making menu suggestions, recommending wine selections, and ensuring quality service in a team environment.
Requirements: 3+ years of fine dining mixology experience; thorough knowledge of fine dining service procedures and functions; cleanliness, organization, and teamwork skills; extensive food and wine knowledge; minimum age to serve alcohol; dedication to learning in a fine dining environment; basic math skills and point-of-sale system proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and financial acumen; impeccable grooming, hygiene, and posture; responsive to constructive feedback from Management
