Requirements: Two or more years’ experience as a Bartender, preferably in a fine dining restaurant; must be at least 21 years of age; high school diploma or GED preferred; ability to read and communicate effectively in English; clean and professional appearance; state license to serve alcohol and understanding of liquor regulations; extensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixed drinks; manual dexterity and multitasking ability; professional communication and social skills; self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure; strong teamwork orientation and organizational skills; basic math and computer skills; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
