Position: Bartender – Full Time (Winner’s Circle Indianapolis)
About: A bar in OTB bars serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks is seeking a Bartender to join their team. The Bartender will be responsible for taking orders, inventorying supplies, mixing drinks, collecting payments, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean bar area. Additional responsibilities include preparing paperwork, garnishing drinks, and following sanitary guidelines and safety requirements as outlined in the Safety Manual.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training preferred; ability to read, write, and speak effectively; strong mathematical skills to handle transactions accurately; excellent reasoning ability and problem-solving skills; must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
