Position: Bartender – Full time
About: Hilton Waikiki Beach is seeking an energetic Full-Time Bartender to join their Beverage Team. The Bartender is responsible for taking food and beverage orders, courteously and efficiently serving food and beverages to Guests in the Lounge, Magic Show, Pool Bar, Banquets, and Restaurant; collecting payments; assisting in maintenance of the bar area; and making drinks for Restaurant food servers and cocktail servers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing procedures; ability to handle cash, checks, and credit cards; familiarity with MICROS POS system; understanding of Department of Health sanitation and food safety guidelines; compliance with Department of liquor control laws and regulations for beverage service
