Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a similar role preferred; knowledge of beverages and menu items; ability to provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages; excellent customer service skills; strong multitasking abilities; physical endurance to stand for prolonged hours and lift up to 25 pounds; mental toughness to manage conflict and high-stress situations; willingness to learn and adapt quickly; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
