Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a bartender, cocktail waitress, or bar back; excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks; positive, engaging personality and professional appearance; ability to work with little supervision, maintain a high level of performance, and follow standard operating procedures
