Requirements: TABC – Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent; Minimum of 2 years experience bartending in upscale dining and nightlife; Ability to upsell and offer food and drink suggestions; Articulate vocabulary and adaptability in socializing; Exemplary grooming standards; Flexible schedule for late hours and nights; Cash handling experience; Strong knowledge of all beverages and craft cocktails; Ability to pass pour and Mixology tests; Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills; Ability to handle intoxicated guests safely and positively; Cultural tolerance; Availability for evenings and weekends
