Position: Bartender – Foundation Room
About: House of Blues Las Vegas, part of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking a motivated Bartender to join their team. House of Blues venues offer a variety of live music genres and are known for their southern-style cuisine and vibrant atmosphere.
Requirements: Applicable State or County Licensee or Certification Requirement; Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent; Minimum of 2 years experience bartending in an up-scale dining and nightlife establishment; Ability to up sell and offer food and drink suggestions to guests; Articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with current audience; Exemplary and professional grooming standards; Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours and at nights; Cash handling experience; Strong working knowledge of all beverages; Physically able to pass a pour test and a Mixology drill (timed); Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner; Skill in interpersonal communication and teamwork; Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
