Position: BARTENDER FOR BARREL & BUSHEL (FULL-TIME) – HYATT REGENCY PHOENIX
About: Hyatt Regency Phoenix, a renowned hotel located in downtown Phoenix across the street from the Phoenix Convention Center, is seeking experienced Bartenders to join the team at Barrel & Bushel – a bar-forward and locally influenced neighborhood eatery in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. The establishment offers a modern residential design, oversized windows with views of the surrounding mountains and cityscape, an American comfort-style menu, an extensive craft beer list, a selection of Arizona brews on tap, exceptional bourbon and whiskey choices, and vibrant cocktails in a rustic-meets-modern setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; familiarity with mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards; understanding of state and local serving guidelines; open availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays; prior bartending experience required
