Position: Bartender – Food & Beverage at University of Oklahoma Athletic Venues
About: Levy, a member of Compass Group USA, operates food and beverage operations at various entertainment, sports, and restaurant venues across the country, including the University of Oklahoma’s athletic venues. They are currently hiring for the upcoming football season.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations; ability to greet guests courteously and take orders accurately; familiarity with standard drink recipes and portion control; proficiency in identifying guest intoxication and adhering to liquor laws; cash handling skills; cleanliness and organizational skills
