Position: Bartender-El Torito
About: Xperience XRG is currently seeking a Beverage Server/Bar Back to join their team. As a Bartender at Xperience XRG, you will ensure proper rotation of all liquor, beer, wine, and consumable items, keep the bar top clean, monitor intoxicated and/or disruptive guests, refuse further service of alcohol to overly intoxicated guests, and report any equipment failures promptly. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in bartending or bar back roles preferred; strong knowledge of beverages and bar operations; ability to handle intoxicated or disruptive guests professionally
