Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly; experience in a bar setting mixing a variety of drinks; proficient in operating bar equipment like cash register, dishwashers, and ovens; strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and handle difficult situations professionally; capable of maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area; physically able to move around swiftly; flexible availability including weekends and holidays; willingness to obtain and maintain required certifications
