Requirements: 1 year prior bartending experience; Completion of union apprenticeship program (possess union Pour Card); Knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes; Effective communication in English; Neat and professional appearance; Ability to interact with customers, public, and co-workers; Ability to count money accurately and provide change; Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime; Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Completion of specialized bartending school preferred
