Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to handle guest incidents/complaints, cash, and paperwork accurately; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated good judgment; knowledge of Legal Sea Foods menus, policies, and procedures; familiarity with Point of Sale system; ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting
