Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations; ability to greet guests courteously and take orders efficiently; proficient in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks using standard recipes; attentive to guest inebriation and liquor laws; competent in handling cash transactions and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area; familiarity with health and safety standards; must be able to arrange and display bottles and glasses attractively
