Position: Bartender – Casa Playa
About: Wynn Resorts, a renowned hospitality company known for its luxury hotels and entertainment venues, is seeking a Marketing Model Bartender to join their team in creating exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and an extensive knowledge of food and beverages.
Requirements: Highly motivated and energetic personality; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; fluent communication in English, both written and oral; knowledge of wine, beverage, and food service including wine service, mixed cocktails, and up-selling; team-oriented with efficient work skills; minimum age of 21 years; ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing and work cards; experience in bartending preferred; familiarity with standard drink recipes, alcohol classes, glassware, and bar equipment; education or experience in mixology; proficiency in cash handling and POS systems; exceptional customer service skills; compliance with safety policies and hygiene standards; minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume establishment; high school diploma or equivalent; proficiency in POS software.
