Position: Bartender – Brooklyn Bowl Philly
About: Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia, located in the heart of the historic Fishtown neighborhood, offers a unique entertainment experience with a blend of music, bowling, locally crafted beers, and food by the acclaimed Blue Ribbon restaurant group. As the fourth location of Brooklyn Bowl, known for its commitment to local products and sustainability, the venue is set to open in Q4, 2021, adjacent to The Fillmore and The Punchline in a lively entertainment district.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; valid RAMP certification and Food Worker/Health Card required; minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender; strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparation; experience working in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or entertainment venue preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills; must possess basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills; completion of Bartending School preferred; ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
