Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; valid RAMP certification and Food Worker/Health Card required; minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender; strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparation; experience working in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or entertainment venue preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills; basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills; completion of Bartending School preferred; ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
