Position: Bartender-Beverage
About: The Bartender position is responsible for preparing food and drink orders, serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements, and coordinating lounge/bar activities. Requirements: Three to six months related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience; Alcohol Awareness Certification required; Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, manage difficult customer situations, and maintain professionalism; Knowledge of and ability to interpret and follow policies and procedures; Ability to meet work schedule demands and occasionally work outside regular hours.
