Requirements: Three to six months related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience; Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations); Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language; Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations; Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures; Ability to meet work schedule demands; Ability to work outside of regular hours occasionally; Ability to handle cash, prepare and deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank; Demonstrated ability to interact with guests and colleagues, maintaining trust and responsibility; Ability to represent the company with a high level of reputation and good character, exercising sound judgement
