Position: Bartender (Beverage)
About: This position is for a bartender at an establishment providing world-class guest service and preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and cocktail servers in accordance with departmental procedures. The company maintains a positive organizational culture and serves beverages in bars, lounges, and other areas, applying knowledge of state liquor laws. Responsibilities also include setting up and breaking down the bar, using the point of sale terminal, handling payment methods, and maintaining confidentiality. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent interpersonal skills, previous bartending experience, being over 21 years old, flexibility to work any shift, and physical capabilities to handle standing, bending, and lifting in an 8-hour shift.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD); excellent interpersonal skills; previous experience bartending in a high-volume food and beverage setting; over 21 years of age; dependable, flexible, and available to work any shift, especially nights and weekends; able to lift 25 lbs; willing to work in a smoking environment; willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
