Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in an upscale bar or restaurant; extensive knowledge of spirits, mixing techniques, and cocktail history; exceptional creativity and passion for developing unique flavor profiles and drink presentations; strong attention to detail; excellent interpersonal skills; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of local liquor laws and responsible alcohol service; friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude
