Position: Bartender / Barback
About: We are looking for Bartenders/Barbacks to join our team at our establishment. Our team members are expected to provide excellent drink service and support in a dynamic and fast-paced bar environment.
Requirements: Primary job requirement: Bartenders and barbacks are expected to come to work at their scheduled time ready to work and dressed; Uniform consists of all black attire with men in button-up black collared shirts and ladies in appropriate black dresses, tops, pants, or skirts with black slip-resistant shoes; Hair and makeup should be polished and professional; Count bar drawers to ensure accuracy; Ensure all side work is done and the bar is ready for service; Make all drinks to specification with correct measurements and ingredients; Maintain a clean work environment, providing prompt service to guests and servers; Proper breakdown of the bar leaving it clean and neat for the next day. Secondary requirements may include scheduled restaurant clean-ups, mandatory training or staff meetings, ServeSafe and food handler meetings/updates, minimal stocking, and carrying of boxes or mise en place if requested by management.
