Position: Bartender, Bar
About: Aloft Houston Downtown, a hotel located in Houston, is seeking a Bartender to provide customized beverage service to restaurant/bar customers in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring guests have a great experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about guest service, effective communication, and multitasking abilities.
Requirements: Experience in a hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred; Knowledge of drink preparation and previous bartender experience preferred; Positive attitude and willingness to learn; Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and provide friendly service; Flexible schedule availability including days, nights, holidays, and weekends; Punctuality and adherence to shift schedules; Effective communication skills in English; Physical ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive motions, and lift; Compliance with food safety and handling policies; Team player mindset and ability to work effectively with service and kitchen teams.
