Position: Bartender at WOB – Fayetteville
About: WOB Bar & Kitchen is currently seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join their team. The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean bar area in accordance with the establishment’s standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a bartender preferred; excellent customer service and communication skills; knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktails; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively; strong attention to detail and organization skills; outgoing, friendly, and high-energy personality; must be at least 18 years old (21 years old in some states) and have a valid certification in responsible alcohol service; ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, reach, bend, and lift 20 lbs; flexible schedule
