Position: Bartender at WOB – Fayetteville
About: WOB Bar & Kitchen is currently looking for a skilled and experienced bartender to join their team. The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while delivering exceptional customer service in a clean and organized bar environment. This position offers the opportunity to engage with customers, provide recommendations, and ensure a memorable experience at WOB Bar & Kitchen.
Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender preferred; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktails; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Outgoing, friendly, and high-energy personality; Ability to retain menu knowledge and build bar sales through customer interactions; Must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states) with valid certification in responsible alcohol service
