Requirements: Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required; ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more; ability to lift, push, reach, or carry 20+ pounds frequently; excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills; 6 months to 1 year of high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent experience/training
